Andrew K. Reilly
– As the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr.
Reilly is responsible for the company's overall strategy and daily
operations. Andrew is also the Managing Director of Thomas Keenan
Ventures (TKV), the majority owner of WoundTEK, Inc. Prior to founding
TKV, Andrew co-founded and lead as CEO; an enterprise software company
which was venture backed and then sold 13 months after its inception
to a publicly held company based in London for $3.8 Million. Mr
Reilly also founded a data storage services business, ITIS Services,
also venture backed, that was sold to a publicly traded US company
for $21.6 Million in December of 2001. Prior to ITIS Services Mr.
Reilly held several positions at EMC Corporation from 1993 through
1998. Andrew earned a bachelor of arts degree from Boston College
in 1991.
Martin Knopf –
Mr. Knopf has 32 years of experience in the life sciences sector.
He spent 17 years at Johnson & Johnson in positions of increasing
responsibility in a number of their operating companies. In his
most recent position with Johnson & Johnson, he served as Worldwide
Business Development Director at Ethicon. He has also served as
EVP of Corporate Development & U.S. General Manager of OMRIX
biopharmaceuticals, VP Business Development at HydroCision and COO
of Hi-Tech Pharmacal.
James Lousararian –
Mr. Lousararian is the Chief Executive Officer of Verax Biomedical.
Prior to joining Verax, James was a consultant for Medtronic Vascular
following Medtronic's acquisition of Angiolink Corporation in November
2004. Mr. Lousararian was the President and CEO, as well as a Director
and co-Founder of AngioLink, a life sciences start-up in the fields
of wound management and interventional cardiology. Prior to the
founding of AngioLink in late 1999, Mr. Lousararian was Senior Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of STD Manufacturing Inc.,
a medical device OEM manufacturer. Prior to joining STD, Mr. Lousararian
was Vice President of Thermo ReTec Corp., an American Stock Exchange
company and part of the Thermo Electron family of companies, where
Mr. Lousararian was President of two major subsidiaries and responsible
for business development. Mr. Lousararian is also a co-founder of
ArthroSurface Incorporated, a start-up orthopedics company and Spirus
Medical, Inc., a start-up medical device company in the gastroenterology
and urology fields.
Dave Johnson –
Dave is currently the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
for American Power Conversion the leading provider of hardware and
software designed to protectcomputer, networking, and storage equipment
for both business and consumerapplications with annual revenues
exceeding $2 billion. He leads APC’s regional and global teams
with staff of approximately 2000 people. Dave has served as Vice
President of the Americas leading the sales and marketing of APC
solutions in North and Latin America where he was responsible for
revenue in excess of $1 billion annually. Johnson also served as
general manager, APC Rack Systems, a $200 million product division
of APC. Since joining APC in1989, Dave has held multiple product
management, sales management andgeneral management positions. Dave
began his career with GE Plastics, serving as a financial analyst
from1986 to 1989. Johnson has a BS in Economics from Cornell University.
He is married with three children and resides in Middletown, RI.
David LaSalle –
David LaSalle is currently the Vice President of Operations of Omni
Life Science Corporation. Prior to Omni Life Science, Mr. LaSalle
founded and was the Managing Director of Apex Surgical, a manufacturer
of total hip replacement devices. David founded Apex in 1999 and
was responsible for its day-to-day operations and overall strategy
until its sale to Omni Life Sciences in 2005. Prior to Apex, Mr.
LaSalle worked in many management positions at Johnson & Johnson
where he won numerous awards for his achievement and was responsible
for several medical device patents during his employment. Mr. LaSalle
is a graduate of the Bryant College school of Business where he
received his MBA and of New England Technical Institute where he
received his degree in product design and engineering. David has
been very involved in his community serving on many charitable committees
and as a member of the town planning and budget committee of North
Smithfield, RI.
Gen. Randall Bell MD
– General Bell is a highly decorated retired General of the
US Army. He is responsible for directing WoundTEK through the US
government Defense and Veterans Organizations to help market and
sell The S.T.A.R. device. The Military Health System (MHS) is comprised
of 330 hospitals and 500 medical centers world wide, while the Veterans
Administration operates of 20 hospitals in the United States, this
is a key area of concentration for the company’s growth strategy
in 2005 and 2006. Prior to WoundTEK General Bell has held many roles
as director to various organizations including a long directorship
at The West Point Military Academy.
