WoundTEK, Inc. is a medical device
company that designs, develops and markets proprietary wound care
products. WoundTEK has developed new wound care technology for the
care of surgical, trauma and chronic skin defects. Our proprietary
wound care technology provides significant benefits to both the patient

WoundTEK’s initial product is the Suture
Tension Adjustment Reel or S.T.A.R.™. This is the“First
Minimally Invasive Tissue Expansion Device”. The S.T.A.R.
rapidly expands the skin intraoperatively and has many proven applications.
During our clinical due diligence we have used
the S.T.A.R.™ to incrementally expand the skin post operatively
to reduce wounds and surgery sites to linear closures, many were
originally recommended for graft sites. The cost savings are dramatic.
