  • Gastric volvulus and hiatal hernia
  • Repair through thoracoabdominal incision
  • Wound infection, pancreatitis, dehiscence
  • Non-healing throracoabddominal wound

  • Conventional retention sutures and S.T.A.R.™ devices used
  • Skin edges sutured and reels removed after 26 days
